Our wonderful Grade II Listed home is set in 5 acres of grounds sweeping down to the Menai Strait, with stunning views over the water towards the mountains. This truly exceptional property is a holiday home like no other. Nine luxurious bedrooms sleep up to 20 people.

Edgar House is our magnificent Regency home in the heart of the beautiful historic city of Chester. Perfectly situated atop the ancient Roman Walls, overlooking the majestic river Dee. Chester’s many city centre attractions are just a gentle stroll away. Seven luxurious ensuite bedrooms sleep up to 16 people.
ESKDALE, THE LAKE district
Eskdale Retreat
Eskdale descends from the highest and wildest mountains in the Lake District towards the sea. Our old vicarage is a heavenly escape for a family holiday. Whether you want to relax and unwind, hike, cycle, wild swim, paddle board or kayak, this magical place ticks all the boxes. Five luxurious ensuite bedrooms in the house and two more in the adjacent Coach House sleep up to 16 people.

Edgar House, Eskdale Retreat and Craig-y-Don are three cherished homes that belong to us, the Ellis family, owned and managed through our family investment company. Each property is a much-loved family home, chosen for its beautiful setting and restored with great care and attention to detail. Subject to clear terms of use, each is available to rent as a holiday home.
We are passionate about thoughtful design, comfort and exceptionally high standards and we hope that care is felt throughout each house.
