“All of our family and friends really enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing weekend at Edgar House.  The location is stunning and unbelievably convenient. You made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and it was lovely that you’d organised eggs, bread, apple juice, and even baked for us. My husband was very touched by the birthday card!  

The house is beautifully decorated. Everyone commented on how well chosen the books and magazines were.  Our friends and family felt relaxed getting up in the morning to the sun beaming in and the sound of the river below. It was a like a home from home, but far better! Thank you, and hopefully we will see you again for another celebratory get together in one of your homes.”

Although we knew beforehand that it is in a super location overlooking  the river and close to the city, we could not have imagined its stunning interiors. Every single room was a delight. The choice of decor,  furnishings and fabrics are wonderful. It was wonderful to have such a well equipped kitchen.

"I just thought I’d send you more thanks for managing our stay at Edgar House last week. Our family and friends who joined us are back home, but they’re all still buzzing about what a great time they had.

It really was a brilliant week for us all, and largely thanks to the superb quality of Edgar House. You were so helpful in answering our queries, not to mention greeting us on arrival with two bottles of excellent fizz, and your yummy homemade cakes - which didn’t last long! I’m hoping I can help our friend who was there with us to persuade her family to book the house for her 80th birthday. Then I’ll maybe get to visit it again!”

Myself along with twelve female friends and family spent three nights at Edgar House to celebrate my 60th Birthday, we all had the most wonderful time. The house was amazing, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. We were lucky with the weather which allowed us to make the most of the terrace, we also loved chilling out in the cinema room after dinner on Friday evening. The location is great as there are fab restaurants a short walk away as well as wonderful shopping.

We will definitely be back to enjoy Edgar House again.
