While Edgar House looks fantastic from outside, we think you’ll be blown away by the interior. Sleeping up to 16 guests, our elegantly renovated property next to the iconic river Dee is the perfect escape for groups of friends or families looking for a something special.
The modern open plan kitchen, dining, and living area is ideal for entertaining and socialising. However, if you prefer a touch of tranquillity, curl up with a good book in the cosy library / snug, or settle in for a movie in the cinema room. For the more energetic guests, there is of course a fun filled games room, and (as you know!) the delights of Chester are just a short stroll away.

At Daisy Joy Escapes, we’re currently renovating two more fantastic holiday homes. Our Lake District house, Eskdale Retreat sits in 10 acres of land with the River Esk running along its boundary, complete with it’s own private wild swimming spot! While Craig y Don boasts stunning views towards the mountains of Snowdonia, and will be available for booking from Spring 2025.
