"Given the photographs on the website, we went to Edgar House with very high expectations. It’s fair to say that this stunning property exceeded those expectations. It has been tastefully refurbished and certainly has the wow factor.

There was no fighting over who got the best bedroom, they are all fantastic. The large kitchen/living/dining area is a great space where we could enjoy each other’s company. The cinema room was a nice place to get some quiet time to watch some movies. The games room was also a nice place to escape to, particularly for the younger members of the group. In short, a stunning property in an enviable location - we absolutely loved it."

“All of our family and friends really enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing weekend at Edgar House.  The location is stunning and unbelievably convenient. You made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and it was lovely that you’d organised eggs, bread, apple juice, and even baked for us. My husband was very touched by the birthday card!  

The house is beautifully decorated. Everyone commented on how well chosen the books and magazines were.  Our friends and family felt relaxed getting up in the morning to the sun beaming in and the sound of the river below. It was a like a home from home, but far better! Thank you, and hopefully we will see you again for another celebratory get together in one of your homes.”
